NBA President-Elect Badejo-Okusanya SAN Constitutes 25-Member Transition Implementation Committee
The President-Elect of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Mrs. Oyinkansola Badejo-Okusanya, SAN, has constituted a 25-member Transition Implementation Committee (TIC) as part of preparations for the formal handover of leadership to the incoming administration.
The committee, whose composition was approved by the President-Elect, is expected to coordinate the implementation of the transition process and work closely with the Transition Committee earlier constituted by the incumbent NBA President, Mazi Afam Osigwe, SAN.
According to a statement issued by the Office of the President-Elect, the Transition Implementation Committee was established to facilitate a seamless transfer of responsibilities from the outgoing administration to the incoming leadership, ensuring continuity in the affairs of the Association.
The committee is chaired by senior advocate Olola Aderemi Oguntoye, SAN, while Aminu Gadanya, SAN, will serve as Co-Chairman. Afam O. Okeke was named Secretary, with Oludayo Olorunfemi serving as Co-Secretary.
Other members of the committee are Musa Attah, SAN; Prof. Foluke Dada-Lawanson; Gloria Etim; Temitope Omotola Olajolo; Ada Chika Udobi; Niri Isaac Darong; Augustine Nwabueze Eseagwu; Clement Eddy Okhaigbe; Bridget Iguodala; Mustapha Muhammed Kashim; Rasheedat Abimbola Hassan; Sani Mohammed Moyi; Ganki Nana Hassan; Opeyemi Ademola Olamiju; Simple Dioha; Chika Eucharia Okolie; Andrew Ovueferaye Ubido; Yewande Oluwaseun Bisiolu; Edidiong Peter Eyoh; Gideon John Edem; and Chipuruime Obiagwu Ude.
The announcement marks another significant step in preparations for the commencement of Mrs. Badejo-Okusanya’s administration following her emergence as President-Elect of the Nigerian Bar Association.
The Office of the President-Elect congratulated members of the committee on their appointment and expressed confidence in their ability to deliver on the important assignment of ensuring an orderly and efficient transition process.

NOTICE OF CONSTITUTION OF TRANSITION IMPLEMENTATION COMMITTEE (TIC)
