FCT High Court Announces 2026 Annual Vacation from August 3 to September 25
The High Court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja has formally announced its 2026 annual vacation, which will run from Monday, August 3, 2026, to Friday, September 25, 2026.
In a notice addressed to all judges, the Chief Judge of the FCT High Court, Hon. Justice Husseini Baba‑Yusuf, declared the vacation pursuant to the powers conferred under Order 48 Rule 4(a) of the Rules of the High Court of the FCT.
The court will resume normal sittings on Monday, September 28, 2026. Communicating the arrangement, Justice Baba‑Yusuf extended his best wishes to colleagues for a restful and rewarding vacation.
