The Lawyard Journal reflects many years of research, hard work and scholarship, in keeping with the promise of the Lawyard brand, as Nigeria’s premium legal media platform. Lawyard continues to promote access to enlightenment around fundamental and critical legal issues, for the benefit of lawyers and other members of the society, thereby invariably promoting access to justice through the use of technology.
In this edition of the Lawyard Journal, our contributors address various topics in the Maritime and Alternative Dispute Resolution practice areas (with emphasis on mediation); and Nigeria’s relationship with her African neighbours such as Guinea, in her quest to indeed maintain the standard as the giant of Africa.
