The International Law Association (Nigeria) Arbitration Committee presents a Distinguished Speaker’s Series on “Mediating Transactional Commercial Disputes: Jurisdictional Complexity, Enforcement and Cultural Mediation,” a practical training on navigating forum and enforcement challenges and using cultural mediation to secure durable settlements.

Speakers include Kamal Shah (Stephenson Harwood, UK), Duncan Bagshaw (Norton Rose Fulbright, UK), Florence Shako (Vice Chair, Women in ADR) and Fola Alade (MD, Fotefa Partners), with Deinma D. Dibi (ACIArb, ACIS), Programs Director, ILA (Nigeria) Arbitration Committee, moderating.
