TikTok Creator Jarvis Threatens Legal Action Against Carter Efe Over Alleged Defamation
TikTok personality Elizabeth Aminata Amadou, widely known as Jarvis, has signaled her intention to sue skitmaker and streamer Oderhohwo Joseph Efe (Carter Efe) for alleged cyberbullying and defamation.
In a letter dated May 14, 2026, issued by her counsel, Omo‑Richard Attorneys, and made public over the weekend, Jarvis accused Carter Efe of persistent harassment, cyberstalking, and damaging remarks on platforms including TikTok and Twitch.
Her lawyers allege that during a recent livestream, Carter Efe described her in derogatory terms, labeling her as promiscuous and making insinuations that undermined her reputation and business interests. They further referenced comments allegedly made during the visit of American streamer IShowSpeed to Nigeria, where Carter Efe was said to have suggested Jarvis traded personal favours for professional opportunities.
The legal team insists the claims are false, malicious, and calculated to embarrass Jarvis, inflict emotional distress, and tarnish her public image. They have now issued a 14‑day ultimatum demanding Carter Efe retract the statements and tender a public apology both on his social media platforms and in national newspapers.
