NBA President Constitutes Caretaker Committee to Oversee NBA Orlu Elections
Whereas the NBA Branch Appeal Committee (South East), directed that the Electoral Committee of NBA Orlu B ranch be disbanded , and that the NBA President constitute a Caretaker Committee vested with the Mandate to address the outstanding issues and conduct the Branch elections in accordance with the provisions of the NBA Uniform Bye Laws for Branches.
I hereby disband the NBA Orlu Electoral Committee as directed by the Appeal Committee and hereby constitute a Caretaker Committee for the Branch as follows.
1. Chris Ikwuoma _ Chairman
2. Jude O. Oduoma _ Alternate Chairman
3. Mrs Nkiru Nwosu Secretary
The caretaker committee shall within three months administer the affairs of thee Branch and fix a date for the holding of an Annual General Meeting where the officers of the Branch shall be elected.
The Caretaker Committee shall immediately assume responsibilitiec as stated above.
